MassHealth Premium Assistance Program - http://www.hcfama.org/
For low/moderate income families who have jobs with health insurance AND have MassHealth. The family has to enroll in (sign up for) the health plan at work; but then the family will get help from MassHealth to pay for the plan's premiums.
